Hongyuan produces a wide range of needle felt materials for dust filtration applications, including Polyester, PP, Acrylic, PPS, Aramid, PTFE, and various composite needle felts. Each needle felt is manufactured using a high-strength scrim base combined with a unique needle punch production process. To enhance performance, we typically apply heat setting, singed, and glazed surface finishes, with optional PTFE coating and water & oil repellent finishes based on specific customer needs. These treatments significantly improve dust cleaning capability, filtration accuracy, and dimensional stability, extending the filter material’s service life.
