Needle felt is a type of filter material composed of different chemical fibers such as Polyester, PP, Acrylic, PPS, Aramid, fiberglass, PTFE, and P84. Our needle felt is created using a special needle punching process and high strength filament scrim. We typically apply heat setting, singed and glazed finishes to the felt surface. Additionally, we offer PTFE and water and oil repellent finishes based on customer requirements and specific applications. Our advanced equipment and technology greatly enhance the cleaning capacity, stability, and filtering precision of our filter materials, resulting in extended service life. PPS is an excellent material for filters due to its ability to withstand high temperatures, resist acids and alkalis, and resist hydrolysis. PPS filter bags are primarily used to remove dust from air that contains acid or alkali materials at high temperatures, such as in gas cleaning at thermal power plants or fume removal in waste incinerators.
