High Strength Multi-layer Needle Felt is a new type of ultra-low-emission filter material that was developed by Hongyuan. After 8 years of verification, it has been successfully tested in a large number of application conditions.
This product has the remarkable characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high filtration accuracy, low operating pressure drop. Comparing with the regular PPS, Aramid, PTFE, P84 needle felt, it has much higher tensile strength, higher Mullen burst strength, lower elongation. Widely used in various application conditions like cement plant, power plant, steel plant, etc.
