The acid resistance filter bag has a lot of good features such as temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flexibility, and easy ash cleaning. This greatly extends the service life of the filter bag. Our modified Silica oxygen is an extremely effective filtering material.
Product Specifications:
(1) High filtration accuracy
The membrane laminated fabric has small and uniform micropores (0.10-2.0 m), effectively separating all dust particles larger than the micropore diameter.
(2) Lightweight and flexible, easy ash removal
The filter material has a thickness of 0.8mm, making it easy to remove dust. It requires low ash cleaning pressure and fewer cleaning cycles, resulting in cost savings for operations.
(3) The filter bag has a high strength and minimal elongation, ensuring its stability in size. It remains unaffected by high temperatures and does not shrink.
(4) The filter bag exhibits exceptional temperature resistance. It can operate continuously from the acid dew point up to 260℃, with an instant temperature resistance of up to 280℃.
(5) The filter bag is resistant to oxidation and corrosion. It will not oxidize when exposed to oxygen or nitrides, and it demonstrates outstanding corrosion resistance.
(6) The filter bag has excellent resistance to folding. Its base material is woven using ultrafine silicon oxygen fibers, ensuring a long service life for the filter material.
(7) The base material of the filter bag has undergone a water-repellent and oil-proof treatment, making it suitable for working conditions with high moisture content. After application testing, it has achieved a water-repellent grade of no less than 4.5.
