Manufacturing Filter bags at Hongyuan Envirotech
P84 Dust Filter Bags are a type of filter used to collect dust in various industrial settings. These bags, also known as Polyimide filters, are made from polyimide fiber and are resistant to high temperatures and chemicals. They are particularly effective at collecting small particles and maintaining a low pressure differential. P84 filter bags can be used continuously in industries such as asphalt production, cement manufacturing, waste incineration, and boilers that burn coal or fluid.
Other types of dust filter bags include Nomex, PPS, PTFE, Acrylic, and Polyester. These bags, also referred to as dust collector bags, dust bags, filter socks, or bag filters, are all made from durable materials and are used in dust collection systems for either filtering processes or controlling pollution.
Good resistance for the chemical corrosion: Anti acid and alkali, hardly corrosion.
Excellent high temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature can reach 464°F (240 °C), temperature peak up to 500°F (260 °C)
Finish treatment: PTFE finished
