Manufacturing Filter bags at Hongyuan Envirotech
Aramid Nomex filter bags, made of Aramid Nomex needle felt fabrics, are highly cost-effective for dust filtration in high-temperature working conditions. These bags are specifically designed for use in cement kiln flue gas filtration, offering the best economical filtration system due to their high air to cloth ratio, temperature resistance, and long lifespan.
Our Nomex needle felt is made with imported fibers and supported by scrim. It undergoes a production process that includes heat setting, singeing, and glazing.
Aramide needle felt, also known as "Nomex," is used in dry industrial filtration when temperatures exceed 160ºC. Aramid filter bags can withstand constant temperatures of up to 200ºC, but their lifespan depends on the consistency of the air-dust mixture. The needle felt can handle short-term temperature peaks of up to 220ºC, but only for a few minutes at a time.
The application / Industry :
Baghouse Filtration / Air pollution control system
Foundry / Metal Smelting
Asphalt Mixing
Power Generation
Waste treatment power generation plant
Cement , Gypsum / Lime Processing
Mining
Carbon Black
Main Features:
Strong ability to withstand chemical corrosion: Resistant to acids and alkalis, with minimal chance of corrosion.
Exceptional resistance to high temperatures: Can maintain continuous operation at temperatures up to 392°F (200 °C), with the ability to withstand peak temperatures of up to 428°F (220 °C).
Various options for finishing treatment: Water and oil repellent / PTFE Membrane / PTFE Impregnation.
